RMP audit prep and support systems
RMP audit prep is the real job: the system needs to show source, stock, blend, packing, movement, monitoring and corrective-action support without rebuilding the evidence by hand. BuzzTech prepares support records and ECERT support printouts from reviewed records.
Regulatory boundaryBuzzTech prepares audit evidence, support records and ECERT support printouts. Authorised people still own RMP decisions, official ECERT records and regulated sign-off.

Where it breaks
A batch can touch sites, boxes, pallets, extraction rooms, warm rooms, storage, transfers, tests, declarations and staff decisions. When those records are split across people and tools, RMP audit prep becomes a manual investigation.

| Preparation asset | What it reduces |
|---|---|
| ECERT support printout | Manual lookup across inventory, blend and movement records. |
| Honey movement support | Unclear source, owner, movement and destination evidence. |
| RMP audit review pack | Scattered monitoring, corrective action and temperature logs. |
| Exception list | Last-minute surprises before submission or audit. |
| Manager sign-off view | Unreviewed drafts or unchecked system assumptions. |
ECERT support printouts
When a blend is generated to pack, the inventory and blend system can produce a support printout that brings application defaults, product details, source certificate context, batch dates, weights and drum lists into one reviewed guide. It supports the honey movement record; it is not the official ECERT record itself.

See it working
We walk through BuzzTech as it is used at Forest & Bees: round reports, crew planning, field follow-up and the systems behind the week. You see a functioning business, not a staged demo. We do not need your hive count or operational figures to show it.
Your information stays optionalThe walkthrough uses the Forest & Bees system with permission. You choose whether to discuss your own scale, locations or commercial details.
